With his new title FLASH, Lenny Kravitz makes his mark in a new arena of the creative arts. From his childhood, Lenny was enthralled by cameras, playing with them like toys instead of taking photographs. Then, in recent years, photographer friends taught him the fundamentals of using a camera. Intrigued by the possibilities, Lenny began creating his own works, with close attention to the nuances and effects created by light and during developing. As he himself had been photographed endlessly by photographers, paparazzi, and fans-his perspective on aesthetics was rather a unique one.
